**Reports to:** Director \& Operations Manager **Hours:** 4 days per month, scheduled by agreement. Remote working is suitable for policy, audit and reporting work; site visits for care reviews, competency checks and inspection preparation as needed. Purpose Provide clinical leadership and governance oversight so that home support services are safe, person\-centred and aligned with professional standards and the emerging regulatory framework.
