Regional Sales Manager

About this role

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to cover Bucharest and the South-East of Bucharest area, someone who is preferably based in Bucharest. Regional Account Management & Strategy: Examine the dedicated region, establishing clear and detailed analysis of HC customers and their needs. Determine partner quantity and quality in the dedicated region for HC, forming action plans to reach this targeted level by finding new partners while ensuring long-term partnerships with existing customers in the dedicated region.

Follow HC general strategies and localize action plans for the dedicated region. Customer Support & Engagement : Support partners with extensive HVAC systems and HC product know-how, providing necessary tools. Act as a single point of contact for customers in the dedicated region, gathering needs and fulfilling these with support from related functions. Ensure participation of partners in local marketing activities, sales campaigns and trainings.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting : Follow HC KPIs and contribute with results in the dedicated region. Provide regular reports about activities in the dedicated region. Follow projects in the dedicated region using HC tools like Microsoft CRM. Market Intelligence & Internal Collaboration : Support Key Account Managers on tasks to be performed in/for branches of Key Accounts in the dedicated region. Support product management by collecting market intelligence in an orderly fashion.

Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills; Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to easily build and maintain professional relationships; Strategic mindset, open to changes and challenges, focused on long-term objective; Customer and data management skills, in-depth analysis of the business; HVAC technical know-how; Technical and computer competence; database managements and technical systems; Planning, organizing, reporting skills.
