About the Role Own and drive operational performance, ensuring transport services are delivered reliably, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards Define and execute the regional operations strategy in alignment with Flix's broader business objectives, acting as the senior operational authority for the region Build and maintain strong relationships with transport partners, local authorities, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and service resilience across the region Monitor and report on regional KPIs, using data to inform decisions and present performance insights to senior leadership Drive cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Network Development, Legal, and Central Operations teams to support regional growth About You Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations management, ideally within transport, mobility, logistics, or a similarly complex, fast-paced environment Proven track record of leading regional or multi-country operations with full accountability for performance, quality, and budget Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate relationships with partners, authorities, and senior internal stakeholders across different markets Data-driven approach to decision-making, with strong analytical skills and comfort presenting performance insights to senior leadership Fluent in English and Polish; fluency in another regional language is a plus Experience working in a scale-up or high-growth international environment is a plus We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
