Hours: Full Time, 38 hours per week Salary: £39,000 to £44,000 per annum, plus £1,000 annual car allowance Vacancy Location: Shrewsbury, Shropshire About Perthyn Perthyn is a large not-for-profit organisation supporting around 190 adults with learning disabilities across England and Wales. Our Positive Behaviour Support Team works closely with managers and staff to promote positive outcomes and quality of life. About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supported Living Manager, Deputy Regional Manager or operational leader who is ready to take the next step in their career. Reporting to the Head of Support & Inclusion, you will provide leadership and direction to a group of Supported Living Managers who each lead with a cluster of houses within the Shropshire region.
You will work alongside an experienced Regional Manager who oversees the other half of the county, providing excellent opportunities for coaching, mentoring and professional development. This makes the role ideal for someone with strong operational management experience who is ambitious, eager to learn and ready to broaden their leadership responsibilities. As part of Perthyn's Senior Management Team, you will play a key role in maintaining high-quality support, driving service development, supporting organisational growth and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who can confidently support teams through periods of change, growth and continuous improvement initiatives. What You'll Be Doing Leading, coaching and developing Supported Living Managers and their teams. Ensuring high-quality, person-centred support is delivered across the region. Supporting managers to develop effective support plans and achieve positive outcomes. Monitoring quality, compliance and performance against organisational and regulatory standards.
