About this role

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Serving as a formal supervisor or team lead, with direct responsibility for managing workload distribution, setting performance standards, and guiding professional development, 2) Interpreting law enforcement policies, 3) Directing, mentoring, and evaluating multi-disciplinary staff within a high-tempo operational environment (such as Regional Dispatch Center) to ensure mission readiness and continuous professional development, and 4) Developing and executing formal performance plans.
