Join us, as we reshape the future. Summary of job description: The Regional Director (RD) of Field Medical is responsible for regional oversite of the Replimune Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team.
In this capacity the RD will be responsible for recruiting, training, deploying, and managing a regional MSL team in support of Replimune clinical and business objectives. The RD will work closely with the National Director, Medical Affairs Sr. Leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop, coordinate, and execute regional field medical activities in alignment with the overarching strategic plan. The preferred candidate will have significant experience working across therapeutic areas of relevance and the ability to serve as a leader/mentor for MSLs within the region.
Key responsibilities: · Deploy regional resources to support and ensure attainment of business objectives. This includes adhering to regional fiscal budgets, dissemination of scientific information within corporate regulatory and compliance guidelines, managing team and individual performance within their duties, regional project management and quantifying and reporting regional results. · Direct, coordinate and support the activities of the MSLs within a designated geographic region to achieve clinical and business objectives within a therapeutic area.
This includes coaching and mentoring for a designated number of MSLs · Work cross-functionally within Replimune to identify, develop, and implement MSL strategies and tactics while monitoring results and compliance. · Responsible for competitive business analysis and clinical positioning of a designated therapeutic area in the region. · Assist the National Director with business and clinical strategy and tactical plan development, and implementation, impact goal achievement, and quantification of results at the field level.
