You are trusted to make decisions that drive a material impact on the direction and success of Lendable from day 1 Work in small teams of exceptional people, who are relentlessly resourceful to solve problems and find smarter solutions than the status quo Build the best technology in-house , using new data sources, machine learning and AI to make machines do the heavy lifting About the role Reporting to the Recoveries and Litigation Manager, the Recoveries Agent will be responsible for completing a wide range of administrative activities within strict timescales to meet the needs of our customers, our third party suppliers including debt collection agencies, recovery agents and vehicle auction houses, as well as internally within the wider business.
The Recoveries Team plays a crucial role in asset management by ensuring the timely retrieval of our vehicles. This involves close coordination and communication with external recovery agents and auction houses to schedule and facilitate the collection process. The team is also responsible for managing the complexities involved in recovering impounded or seized vehicles, which may require interaction with legal authorities and adherence to specific procedures.
