About this role

The RCM Training and Workflow Manager oversees and executes training for new Privia Care Centers across all markets on athenaOne Collector billing workflows, maps future-state workflows under the Privia platform, and develops and maintains curriculum across in-person, eLearning, and webinar formats for both pre- and post-go-live phases. Responsible for triaging stakeholder issues and requests, this individual ensures that athenaOne Collector training consistently aligns with evolving best practices.

To optimize workflows across Privia Medical Group Care Centers, the RCM Workflow Manager stays up to date on new features within athena’s Collector, Clinicals, and Communicator products. Balancing proactive planning with retrospective "catch up" training strategies, this innovative leader actively incorporates feedback to elevate Privia’s RCM and training program to a best-in-class standard. Primary Job Duties: Develop and maintain overall athenaOne collector curriculum for Care Centers Develop and maintain content for Privia University (LMS) Lead pre-live and post live training for new Care Centers in all markets Support RCM Implementation and training for New Markets Lead training for high-profile implementations, as assigned Provide at-the-elbow support for high-profile Care Centers, as assigned Support New Market and/or high-profile Go-Lives Offer supplemental training opportunities applicable to all markets Partner with market trainers to execute curriculum and processes Share and effectively communicate new athenaOne features regularly Innovate and create new learning experiences for Care Centers Other duties as assigned Travel Requirements: 10 - 20% Bachelor’s degree preferred Previous experience with Revenue Cycle Management and Physician Office Billing required 2+ years experience with client facing training preferred 2+ years experience with practice management systems, one or multiple areas of expertise preferred Previous experience with athena’s Clinicals and Collector software strongly preferred Demonstrated experience in development and editing instructional material Knowledgeable about extended medical terminology Must demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to interact positively and productively with a variety of personnel within teams and across organizational lines Ability to work in a very fast-paced and changing work environment Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations The salary range for this role is $65,000.00-$70,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs).

This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15%. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
