Quality Supplier Manager GDP
About this role
About the role Within the QA GDP team, you will provide quality oversight of supply-chain activities for marketed finished products. Acting as an RP Delegate, you will ensure that Sobi’s distribution activities meet GDP requirements, regulatory expectations and internal quality standards across the world. The role brings together operational quality work, partner collaboration and continuous improvement across an international network.
This hybrid role will be based at our HQ in Stockholm. You will join a team across Stockholm and Basel and report to the Senior Director, Global Quality E2E Head. What you will do Act as an RP Delegate and support compliant distribution activities across Sobi’s network. Coordinate GDP quality matters with affiliates, distributors, pre-wholesalers and other marketing companies. Establish, maintain Quality Agreements Responsible for the quality oversight of external suppliers and contribute to business review meetings.
Provide practical GDP advice and apply risk-based judgement to quality and supply-chain decisions. Lead or participate in internal inspections, external audits and authority inspections relating to GDP activities. Manage operational quality activities, including temperature excursions, returns, deviations, change controls and approval processes for access programs. Support geographic expansion by assessing and onboarding new pre-wholesalers and wholesalers, and training and the development of SOPs.
About you You are a quality professional who combines strong GDP expertise with sound judgement and a hands-on approach. You enjoy working independently while building trusted relationships across functions, countries and external partners. Comfortable moving between detailed operational issues and broader business discussions, you bring structure to complexity, communicate clearly and make balanced, risk-based decisions.
You are proactive, results-oriented and motivated by improving ways of working so that high-quality medicines reach patients reliably. Your background Required University degree in pharmacy, life sciences or another relevant field. At least five years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life-sciences industry, with strong knowledge of GDP and quality activities across the supply chain. Experience handling deviations, change controls, temperature excursions, returns, quality agreements or comparable operational quality processes.
