Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social).

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Must have current or previous related working experience in a Brinker's Chili's Grill & Bar franchise brand restaurant which has demonstrated a proficiency in Chili's Grill & Bar franchise positions.

Must maintain a score of 90% or higher on each assessment. Ability to read, write, and to clearly verbalize in English. Must be able to remain standing during the entire shift. Must have experience which provides knowledge of club, restaurant, and retail operation. Lifts and carries up to 70 lbs, up to 20 times per shift; places these items on high shelves and in walk-in cooler and/or freezer. This position is a position of trust.

Employment is subject to satisfactorily completion of installation and a Tier 1 background investigation. Satisfactory completion of a pre-employment physical is required. May be required to work an uncommon tour of duty including nights, weekends, and holidays.
