The Program Administrator is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing programs and strategic initiatives that support public sector operations and organizational objectives. This role ensures successful delivery of programs, projects, and services while maintaining compliance with government regulations, policies, and stakeholder expectations.
The Program Administrator collaborates with internal departments, external partners, government agencies, and executive leadership to drive operational efficiency, manage budgets, oversee program performance, and support long-term strategic goals. The incumbent serves as the organization's subject matter expert on federal, state, and regulatory compliance requirements affecting public sector business, with particular emphasis on government contracting regulations, sales reporting, fee remittance, and contract price catalog maintenance.
Key Responsibilities: Compliance Management & Oversight Lead end-to-end compliance across all public sector contracts and programs, establishing policies, procedures, and controls that align with applicable federal and state requirements. Manage and ensure timely, accurate sales reporting in accordance with contractual obligations, including preparation and submission of transactional data reports to government agencies (e.g., Department of the Army, GSA, NASA, various states purchasing authorities) Oversee fee remittance processes (including Industrial Funding Fees and comparable state-level fees), ensuring accurate calculation, timely payment, and complete documentation.
