About this role

What are we looking for? Four years of experience that demonstrates knowledge and experience in applying the principles, methods, techniques, and theories of field engineering as well as all phases of project planning and estimating so as to oversee the management and administration of various construction projects which would be funded with either appropriated (APF) or non-appropriated (NAF) funds. Knowledge of work methods and practices of various building trades to include all phases of the design process, coordination and integration of all construction activities, and judicious allocation of available resources.

Knowledge of pertinent safety, occupational health and environmental regulations. Ability to communicate orally and in writing. Knowledge of Non Appropriated Fund (NAF) policies and procedures is preferred.
