Job Description We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead a high-impact, strategic project that is critical to our company’s future. This role involves managing and coordinating efforts across multiple departments, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment throughout the organization. Responsibilities: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects; Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget; Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility; Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders; Makes sure the requirements are properly documented; Works closely with the developers and makes sure the requirements, priorities and estimations are properly understood and agreed across the team; Ensure resource availability and allocation; Have extensive customer contact during the project execution and build up a good relation with the customer; Implement and lead a project plan based on Agile methodology; Develop a detailed project plan to track progress; Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs; Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques; Report and escalate to management as needed; Perform risk management to minimize project risks; Demonstrated understanding of budgeting, scheduling and change management processes; Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning to delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.

Lead meetings and manage project documentation. Qualifications Experienced in BI visualization tools, preferably Looker; Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science, engineering or accounting; +2 years planning and/or management experience; Experience in custom application development and all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC); Projects implemented on BI area; Good understanding of IT projects methodology – understanding of business and functional; Proven ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently; Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills; Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills; Excellent command of English; Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Experience in agile environments (e.g.
