You must meet the United States Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) qualification requirements (including specialized experience and/or educational requirements) for the advertised position. To qualify at the GS-14 grade level, you must possess one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience serving as a Project Manager responsible for planning, leading teams, and evaluating studies, policy, customer experience, and IT implementation initiatives Experience applying project management techniques utilizing AGILE methodologies to set priorities, manage resources, mitigate risks, and deliver data tools and IT solutions Experience communicating and implementing AI, policy, and customer experience initiatives with stakeholders (i.e.
employees, organization executives, customers, project management professionals) Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
