The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 09/25/2026. Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 09/25/2026. Application Limit: This vacancy is limited to the first 150 applications received. GS-13: You qualify at the GS-13 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the majority of the following duties: Using project management and database software to analyze data and make sound recommendations.
Coordinating projects and facilitating specific undertakings that span operational lines and reach desired objectives. Project management and administration experience with projects and studies that are national in scope and have cross-programmatic and interagency impact. Presenting and defining the results of highly complex policy and operational analysis to counterparts and high-level officials in internal and external Federal agencies.
GS-14: You qualify at the GS-14 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the majority of the following duties: Applying management and organizational principles and practices along with a comprehensive knowledge of guidelines and processes to prepare long-range and shortrange planning guidance in accordance with broad agency program policies and objectives.
