About this role
Infrateq Group UK Ltd (standalone infrastructure project management created by Hoist Group) is looking for a Project Manager to be responsible for leading, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects. The expectation is to deliver a project on time, within the budget, and brief while keeping stakeholders fully engaged. PMP or equivalent Education to degree level Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management Minimum 3 years of Project Management within the Hospitality Industry Networking expertise equivalent to CCNA (advantage) Experience of leading and managing others at supervisory level or above Be able to efficiently utilize different computer and communication software applications and hardware Duties & Responsibilities: Managing of all aspects of the project from kick off through to operational support Planning based on project scope and required business outcomes, including defined deliverables, key interdependencies and resourcing requirements Providing a single point of accountability as the primary point of contact for the project Reviewing budgets, monitoring and reporting progress against the projects Managing the project against milestones and specifications and manage any change to individual project scope along with local organisation.
Ensuring that controls and measures are in place to assure the quality of everything we deliver Ensuring that key stakeholders are kept well informed with accurate and timely information of progress, risks and issues including the daily updates to hotel project team Making sure inter dependencies with other projects are maintained, managed and properly co-ordinated. Define project management templates using Hoist preferred tools Continually contribute to evolving standards within Hoist Manage the Installation project plan as business requires and this may include performing site inspections throughout the installation process Assist where applicable to develop resolutions to complex technical problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
Develop installation schedules, evaluate installation estimates, review contract modifications, and verify work performed to project brief Collaborate with and/or mentor service and installation technicians to ensure they are aware of technical requirements, new technology, troubleshooting, and other issues as applicable Manage and direct the daily load of subcontractor assignments and job fulfillment obligations Evaluate customer installation concerns before, during and after installation Collaborate with other departments to ensure a successful project completion Plan and implement procedures, processes and systems to maximize operating efficiency.
