About this role

SMX is hiring a PMO Analyst to provide critical coordination, tracking, and documentation support. You will work closely with Project Managers and the Practice Lead to ensure key deadlines are met and processes are thoroughly documented. This role is a 100% remote position. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s Degree 2+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or a related field Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Desired Skills & Experience CAPM certification The SMX salary determination process takes into account a number of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, relevant prior work experience, specific skills, education and certifications.
