About this role
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR GS-11 Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year of specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Coordinate onboarding position management, performance tracking, time and attendance administration, and liaison activities with Human Resources.
Serve as the primary liaison between program staff and administrative offices, coordinating business operations, resolving administrative issues, and ensuring timely support for organizational priorities. Process procurement requests, monitored funding, managed purchase card transactions, and ensured timely acquisition of supplies, equipment, and services. Maintained property and inventory records, coordinated facilities and telecommunications support, and ensured accountability for government assets.
Prepare reports tracked administrative metrics, and recommended process improvements to strengthen internal controls and improve operational efficiency. OR Have a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; OR 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree; OR LL.M., if related.ORHave a combination of experience and education that meets 100% of the qualification.
