Program Manager, Strategic Operations

About this role

📋 Description Lead and manage complex, cross-functional operational programs from initiation through execution Collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement Develop and monitor KPIs to track program success and identify areas for continuous improvement. Create detailed project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timelines are met. Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.

Analyze data to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for automation and process 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and project scope.
