Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.

One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Coordinating test requirements and/or supporting operational test and evaluation programs; and 2) Preparing plans, allocating resources, and/or managing teams to improve test and evaluation planning, execution, and/or evaluation; and 3) Directing preparation of test plans, managing long-range test programs, and/or formulating organizational strategies to utilize resources.
