📋 Description Plan and manage assigned launch workstreams from definition through close-out, including scope Build the program plan and task structure for each workstream, sequencing work by business Maintain the workstream backlog and status in the team's tracking tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira Identify and escalate risks and roadblocks early, with a proposed mitigation or options for the Sr. Define and monitor KPIs that show whether launch goals are being met, including follow-through and Analyze program and practice-level data (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce reporting) to surface 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a technical or relevant field.
