About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with extensive background in the supervision and administration of communications-electronics systems. Experience in electromagnetic spectrum and operations and spectrum management.

Experience demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of radio frequency spectrum management principles, national and international frequency coordination, equipment spectrum certification, electromagnetic compatibility, host-nation coordination, interference resolution, and spectrum support to military operations. Experience in interacting with frequency management authorities across a variety of Department of Defense (DoD) agencies and departments.
