About this role

You may qualify at the PT - 3 level, if you fulfill the following qualification requirement: Applicants must have at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at the next lower band level, equivalent to PE-IIA, PT-II or GS-13 level in the federal service, which has equipped the applicant with the skills and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience is defined as managing and leading organizational programs and initiatives; developing and measuring performance objectives; identifying and recommending structural improvement to strengthen long-term program stability; conducting research to develop justification papers to secure stakeholder successful program execution.
