About this role
Experience: You qualify for the GS-12 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Analyzing and evaluating management aspects of substantive, mission-oriented programs Developing administrative regulations or guidelines for the conduct of program operations Studying reports that contain findings and making recommendations of major significance to top management Serving as the basis for new administrative systems, legislation, regulations, or programs Experience: You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Overseeing a program segment that performs professional, technical, and/or administrative work Performing administrative activities relating to programming, financial management including budget planning, project control, purchasing of supplies and equipment, logistics management Managing the development, assignment, and higher-level clearance of goals and objectives of subordinate organizational units or lower organizational levels Reviewing reports and special studies conducted by various elements NOTE: Your resume must explicitly indicate how you meet this requirement, otherwise you will be found ineligible.

You must: Meet all qualification requirements, including education if applicable to this position, subject to verification at any stage of the application process; and Meet all applicable Time in Grade requirements (current federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade or equivalent grade band in the federal service) by 09/16/2026.
