About this role
Experience GS-14: You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Overseeing or utilizing a software system for managing a real property portfolio that includes facilities maintenance and sustainment, workspace management, lease management, and project management. Monitoring real property information systems of record, conducting research and analysis to identify data management challenges and opportunities, and proposing solutions to improve program outcomes and support agency mission requirements.
Planning, organizing, coordinating, and evaluating activities for business information systems, including setting objectives, milestones, and risk assessments mitigation strategies to support successful program execution and sustainability. Evaluating program effectiveness by developing and tracking process metrics and internal controls and recommending improvements to enhance quality and efficiency. Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and facilitate program success.
