GS-15 One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-14 level in Federal Service or equivalent responsibility in the private sector/pay systems equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform as a Program Manager: Experience leading large-scale organizational change efforts that help employees and customers successfully adopt new ways of working; developing and carrying out communication, engagement, and readiness strategies that support major modernization initiatives across multiple organizations and advising senior leaders and coordinating complex work across teams to identify risks, solve problems, and improve outcomes during enterprise transformation.
