Program Manager
About this role
Experience: You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Using performance metrics, data analysis, and data visualization tools to evaluate program operations, identify trends or gaps, assess program effectiveness, and develop data-informed recommendations for senior leadership to improve processes, resource use, or operational outcomes.
Developing, writing, editing, or implementing communication plans, briefing materials, executive-level presentations, talking points, reports, or other written products for multiple audiences. Supporting recruitment, hiring, retention, workforce engagement, or human resources program initiatives, including coordinating with program offices or operational stakeholders, reviewing plans or products for completeness Interpreting and applying federal or agency policies, regulations, procedures, or guidance to support program planning, decision-making, compliance, or operational improvement; and providing technical advice NOTE: Your resume must explicitly indicate how you meet this requirement, otherwise you will be found ineligible.

You must: Meet all qualification requirements, including education if applicable to this position, subject to verification at any stage of the application process; and Meet all applicable Time in Grade requirements (current federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade or equivalent grade band in the federal service) by 09/17/2026.
