About this role

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13 Equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing and executing industrial operations by coordinating technical data, and analysis of information (e.g., budget/financial performance, business analysis, workload leveling, or data analytics) intended to inform and guide decisions to support strategic planning initiatives for a shipyard or industrial organization.

Examples of qualifying experience: working with senior leaders (internal and external to the Command) to address complex issues and coordinate unified responses to data calls, requests for information, inquiries, and similar efforts and activities; reviewing and analyzing complex information and data needed to inform senior leadership decision-making; summarizing analysis and findings, and conveying this information to senior leadership in a wide range of formats which include emails, briefings, issue papers, etc.; and coordinating and guiding a leadership team tasked with resolving long-standing problems and issues, particularly as related to public shipyards.
