Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which includes integrating the various technical functions of planning, engineering, construction, real estate, operations & maintenance, contracting and resource management with programs and project management; supervising a team of professional, administrative, technical and clerical staff; and maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders, such as internal management and staff, technical specialists and external management officials, higher headquarters senior level officials, key representatives of customers and project sponsors, and engineering and construction industry officials.
