You anticipate risks, create visibility, and lead through influence while balancing customer objectives with operational and business priorities.
About The Role The Program Manager leads complex, strategic programs made up of multiple related projects that deliver measurable business value for Myriad360 and our clients. This role owns program health, strategy, governance, prioritization, and outcomes, ensuring projects remain aligned with customer objectives, contractual commitments, operational capacity, financial goals, and Myriad360's delivery standards. Serving as a trusted advisor to executives, clients, sales teams, delivery organizations, and Project Managers, the Program Manager drives consistency, transparency, and operational excellence across the program.
This position must be based in the United States. Travel less than 10% may be required. Other responsibilities include: Own the overall success of one or more strategic client programs and develop roadmaps aligned with customer and business objectives. Align related projects to program goals, balance competing priorities across workstreams, and drive strategic planning and long-term execution. Maintain visibility into program health across schedule, scope, budget, risks, resource utilization, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure governance standards are consistently followed and escalate issues before they impact delivery. Lead executive-level customer meetings and present concise program health dashboards and reporting to internal leadership. Translate technical delivery into clear business outcomes and decision-ready insights. Partner with Project Managers, Finance, Account Management, and Delivery Leadership to forecast revenue and resource needs and improve forecast accuracy.
Monitor margins, review change orders, identify financial risks, and maintain overall financial visibility without assuming day-to-day project accounting responsibilities. Identify program-level delivery risks, resource constraints, vendor risks, customer dependencies, schedule conflicts, scope expansion, and operational bottlenecks, and develop proactive mitigation strategies. Communicate risks early with clear, actionable mitigation plans.
