SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level NQ-02 or GS-12 in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as meeting ALL of the following: Analyzing program areas, including prime contractor policies and procedures for management and internal controls, budget and resource management, and contractor assessment in those areas; Reviewing the effectiveness, adequacy, and compliance of prime contractor management controls, budget and resource utilization, and contractor performance assessment processes; and Evaluating program performance and risks; providing expert advisory services to management on issues related to management and internal controls, budget and resource management, and contractor assessment.
