PROGRAM ANALYST (REAL ESTATE)

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience recommending policy or procedure changes on acquisition, management and disposal of real estate. Experience evaluating a variety data that relates to the ownership and/or use of real property to develop guidance.

Experience preparing study reports and/or decision briefings on major planning and programming strategies related to real property transactions.
