PROGRAM ANALYST

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience conducting operations research, reporting, and visualization to provide strategic support and integrated solutions; Experience developing strategies and performance metrics to address critical gaps in recruiting, retention, and succession planning of the workforce; Experience applying analytical and non-analytical methods to evaluate programs, identify gaps, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
