PROGRAM ANALYST

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Directing advice and liaison support to military fleet commands regarding training requirements, resource allocation, and readiness issues; 2) Delivering formal presentations and training on quota management, training policies, and automated training systems to senior military officers and civilian personnel; 3) Negotiating solutions between competing military commands to resolve training shortfalls and allocate limited resources; 4) Validating emergent training requirements independently by analyzing available resources and learning sites; and 5) Utilizing automated training and data systems to analyze training pipelines, manage course quotas, and compile command-specific training plans.
