About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-01 (GS-04 equivalency) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Conducting analysis of administrative processes and procedures to develop plans, guidance or recommendations at improving human resources functions (e.g.

staffing and recruitment, placements, classification, processing, employee benefits, and employee and labor relations).
