PROGRAM ANALYST

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in program planning, budget formulation, and financial execution to support Fleet and Joint training priorities and objectives. Experience analyzing fleet training requirements and financial data to identify funding needs, resolve shortfalls, and ensure critical program commitments are met.

Experience utilizing complex financial management databases and systems, specifically including Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Experience applying knowledge of financial management laws, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to govern funding and budget execution. Experience tracking funding obligations, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with stringent government financial regulations.
