PROGRAM ANALYST

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) DoW Logistics and Financial Management: Ability to manage and resolve complex logistics, supply, and financial issues within the Department of War framework; 2) Monitoring material delivery, ensuring financial accuracy, and handling requisitions, analytical and program Management Skills; 3) Strong analytical skills to evaluate program performance, identify trends or problems, and implement effective solutions; 4) Stakeholder Coordination, written and oral communication experience in liaising with multiple stakeholders including various U.S.

military and DoW agencies or foreign partners.
