PROGRAM ANALYST
About this role
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating the following type of duties: 1) Serving as a program analyst for an interservice program (e.g., ITRO), coordinating day-to-day activities and developing the organization's position on cross-service issues; 2) Providing project management expertise and technical support to ensure projects are executed on time and within scope, including developing courses of action and applying continuous process improvement principles; 3) Conducting complex and innovative research studies, applying sophisticated analytical techniques to develop solutions, and articulating findings in briefs and reports for Flag-level leadership; and 4) Monitoring steering committee and board-level recommendations, ensuring compliance with all appropriate statutes, policies, and procedures.
