About this role

FOR THE GS-13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with Navy and Department of Defense processes in the Planning Programming Budget Execution (PPBE) system, events and milestones for Submarine Force Programs.

Experience and ability to assess, compare, and prioritize requirements in a constrained funding environment for Submarine Force Programs. Employee must evaluate risk across force structure, readiness, wholeness, and capability requirements for Submarine Force Programs. Experience and knowledge of the Navy's Program Budget Information System (PBIS) Hybrid, Web-Based Appeal Database (WeBAD) data structure, web interface, query and report capabilities for Submarine Force Programs.

Experience and considerable inter-personal communication skills in collecting, presenting, and defending analytical results and negotiating favorable application of external guidance to Submarine Force programs. Experience and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point software applications.
