PROGRAM ANALYST

About this role

A. You may qualify at the GS-12 grade level if you fulfill the following qualifications: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service as listed below: Applies a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of program management processes and systems; Researches, interprets, and applies administrative laws, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to DoD acquisitions, Economy Act and Interagency Acquisitions, and government contracts; Demonstrated experience with project management to support management of test/assessment programs/projects and financial planning and acquisition; (Experience must be clearly demonstrated in your resume) B.

You may qualify at the GS-13 grade level if you fulfill the following qualifications: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service as listed below: Applies a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of program management processes and systems; Researches, interprets, and applies administrative laws, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to DoD acquisitions, Economy Act and Interagency Acquisitions, and government contracts; Demonstrated experience with project management to support management of test/assessment programs/projects and financial planning and acquisition; Manages schedules and develops detailed plans for the long-range implementation and administration of programs; Manages and plans federal budgets to meet OSD obligation and expenditure rates; (Experience must be clearly demonstrated in your resume) Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
