About this role

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 pay band (GS-11 grade level equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: The incumbent must demonstrate knowledge of DoD planning, programming, budgeting and execution (PPBE) process and systems. Knowledge of naval shipyard workload leveling and execution management.

Comprehensive knowledge of the concepts, principles and practices of ship repair planning, work execution, and performance monitoring. This experience must also include coordinating complex projects by establishing and maintaining working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and preparing and delivering coordinated briefings to senior leadership.
