PROGRAM ANALYST, GS-0343-9: Must have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-07 level experience in the application of the National Guard organizational structures, functions, procedures, and techniques; Experience using computer and automation systems; Experience in the application of practices, theories, techniques, and methods of management; Experience analyzing, interpreting, and developing policies and procedures of local management.
