📍 Our offices are located in Paris, Lille, Toulouse, Rennes, Rouen, Bordeaux and Lyon. WHY WE NEED YOU? We are hiring a Production Logistics Coordinator to organize and monitor the production of IT racks and servers at Scaleway. You will ensure that hardware assembly, testing, and qualification are carried out on time and according to our quality standards. You will coordinate workshop activities, manage production planning, follow up on RMA flows, and work closely with Hardware, Logistics, and Deployment teams to improve production efficiency and quality.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM: You will join the Supply Chain Production team, responsible for preparing and maintaining the hardware infrastructure used in Scaleway's datacenters. Scope: Coordinate server and IT rack assembly, testing, and qualification. Collaboration: Work with Hardware, Logistics, and Deployment teams to ensure smooth production and delivery. Goal: Improve production performance, quality, and internal processes.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE: Production Planning: Organize and update production schedules according to priorities, available resources, and deadlines. Workshop Coordination: Monitor production progress and ensure tasks are completed on time. Hardware & Quality: Support hardware assembly, troubleshooting, testing, and quality checks. Logistics: Coordinate component availability and manage RMA flows with suppliers and internal teams.

Tools: Update production data and track activities using Odoo, Jira, and Confluence. Documentation: Maintain production procedures and technical documentation.
