Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you: Join the Loyalty & Partnership team as an Integration Product Owner. This pivotal role is essential for amplifying our partnership opportunities , bothupstream and downstream.

You will support the Business Partnership teams during lead qualification withstrategic partners, articulating the value of our digital solutions and the extent ofAccor's digital power in terms of visibility and customer interaction. Post-finalization of agreements, you will drive operational synergy , orchestratingthe technical and functional integration of partners. This involves expertcoordination among various internal functions (Product, Tech, Business, Design,Data, Customer Services, Support…) and proactive management of collaborationwith partner teams, ensuring harmonious project execution.

This position is for a professional with a proven ability in strategic communication,complex program management, and arbitration between commercial imperativesand technological feasibilities. Current flagship Project: Accor Experiences Platform As you step into this role, you will drive the strategic integration of our futureunified ALL Accor experiences marketplace : a single, fully API-integratedsolution bringing together all type of experiences (Limitless Experiences, HotelExperiences, Partner content…).

You will be the central orchestrator of thedelivery of this project. Your mission : STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP INTEGRATION Actively support Business teams in the maturation of partnership opportunities Articulate the value proposition of our digital journeys and the scope of ourecosystem in terms of visibility for partner offers Product Owner Integration 1 Decode the operational and technical imperatives of prospects to adapt ourproposals and identify opportunities for co-creation of value Participate in the advanced qualification of partnerships , assessing technicalviability and required capacity Contribute to the techno-functional presentation of integration solutions & journeys for partners INTEGRATION PRODUCT MANAGEMENT & COORDINATION Lead the complete lifecycle of partner integrations, from project initiationpost-agreement to launch and stabilization phase Develop detailed integration roadmapsin collaboration with internal teams(Product, Tech, Business, Design, Data, Customer Services, Support…) andpartner teams Translate partner requirements into clear and actionable functional andtechnical specificationsfor contributing teams Monitor the partnership integration backlog, prioritize initiatives, and ensureproject progression in line with defined milestones Facilitate project governance instances(steering committees, projectcommittes, synchronization meetings) with all stakeholders, internal andexternal Anticipate and mitigate interdependencies, operational risks, and technicalchallengesrelated to integration, proposing resolution strategies andescalating as needed STAKEHOLDER GOVERNANCE & COMMUNICATION STRATEGY Establish and cultivate trusted relationships with partner teams Implement a communication strategy with all internal stakeholders to ensurecontinuous transparency and alignment on the progress of integration projects Arbitrate and facilitate the resolution of friction points and complex issuesbetween Accor entities and partners Product Owner Integration 2 Monitor and report key performance indicators for partnership integrationsand post-launch metrics, contributing to ROI measurement Drive continuous improvement of integration methodological frameworks andcollaborative tools Accor dares to impact: - the world Accor is committed to the world around us, with a strong employer culture focused on the development of our 300,000 talents.
