About this role
Experience GS-13: You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Developing and communicating a product vision and strategic roadmap aligned with organizational goals, serving as the main point of contact for product updates, risks, and executive briefings. Leading workshops to evaluate and redesign business processes for improved efficiency, implementing changes, and monitoring adoption to achieve measurable results.
Gathering and defining functional and non-functional requirements, translating them into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria to effectively guide development. Managing and prioritizing the product backlog using techniques like MoSCoW and the Kano Model, refining items based on business value, urgency, and dependencies. Defining, tracking, and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure product and process performance, using data-driven insights to adjust product strategies and meet objectives.

You must: Meet all qualification requirements, including education if applicable to this position, subject to verification at any stage of the application process; and Meet all applicable Time in Grade requirements (current federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade or equivalent grade band in the federal service) by 09/22/2026.
