Product Marketing Manager (m/w/d)
About this role
Maltego is an investigation platform with a growing portfolio of products and capabilities. We need someone who can help us communicate their value, differentiate our offering, and bring new capabilities to market. As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll help customers understand why they should choose Maltego and how to get more value from our products. This is a hands-on role where we expect you to take ownership, challenge existing approaches, and focus on making an impact, not just checking a box.
Plan and execute product marketing activities for launches and releases, as well as own ongoing communications, including product newsletters and roadmap updates. Create product pages, solution briefs, pitch decks, competitive battlecards, and other materials that help customers understand our products and GTM teams communicate their value, using reusable, modular messaging and templates. Build a continuous competitive and market intelligence loop by monitoring competitors, customer feedback, and market trends, turning findings into actionable recommendations for positioning and go-to-market decisions rather than one-off reports.
Identify opportunities to design and implement AI-augmented product marketing workflows that make recurring activities, such as content creation and repurposing, localization, and competitive intelligence, faster and more scalable while maintaining high-quality output and consistent messaging. Build hands-on product knowledge and work with Product and GTM teams to understand use cases, buying considerations, and opportunities to improve our messaging.
Contribute product expertise and messaging to campaigns, webinars, and video content. You have at least 2-3 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS. Experience in cybersecurity, intelligence software, or another complex technical market is a plus. You've owned product marketing deliverables for launches or major releases and can explain your contribution and results. You've independently created customer-facing and sales enablement materials and can demonstrate strong writing, messaging, and storytelling skills.
You can research competitors independently and turn your findings into actionable recommendations. You've worked closely with Product and GTM teams and understand how product marketing supports customer buying decisions. You're curious, comfortable learning complex products, and able to challenge assumptions constructively, make informed decisions, and move projects forward without extensive direction. You have built or significantly improved marketing workflows with AI (for example content production, competitive monitoring, or enablement), can show before/after results, and know where AI should not be used.
