You'll own go-to-market for new features, shape our competitive positioning, and equip both sales and partners with the tools they need to win. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on marketer who is comfortable with technical concepts and knows how to translate them into compelling stories that connect product capabilities to real user value.

Your responsibilities Own product launches end-to-end: positioning, messaging, collateral, and internal enablement. Craft compelling narratives that translate technical product capabilities into clear, story-driven value propositions for buyers and users alike.
Define and evolve our category positioning, articulating why we exist and why it matters as we establish a new market category. Create and maintain sales enablement assets (battlecards, ROI calculators, decks, case studies) that help us displace competitors and shorten sales cycles. Build a competitive intelligence function to track competitors and keep our teams sharp on differentiation. Define and update ICP personas and buyer journeys, with a focus on mid-market and enterprise e-commerce.

Equip partners with co-marketing decks, playbooks, and enablement guides, working closely with the Head of Partnerships to support partner-sourced revenue. Collaborate with the Head of Enterprise Sales on ABM and enterprise campaigns.
