Product Marketing Internship- Spring 2027
About this role
Rush Street Interactive (NYSE: RSI) is a market leader in online casino and sports betting, currently operating real-money gaming with our brands: BetRivers.com, PlaySugarHouse.com, and RushBet.co. We’re building bridges between online, social and land-based gaming businesses to create amazing, integrated experiences that keep players in the game. As our Product Marketing Intern, you'll get hands-on exposure to how a Product Marketing team supports an online casino and sportsbook, from competitive research and messaging to creative briefing, go-to-market strategy, and cross-team collaboration.
This role is designed as a learning-focused, mentored experience: you'll support the Product Marketing Manager and broader team on real initiatives, while developing foundational skills through a structured set of development projects (outlined below). It's a great fit for someone early in their marketing career who is curious, organized, and eager to learn by doing. What You'll Do: Support Product Marketing Initiatives: Assist the Product Marketing Manager with day-to-day tasks that support brand visibility, user acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts.
Conduct Research: Research competitor promotions, product features, and industry trends; summarize findings into clear, easy-to-digest recaps for the team. Assist with Messaging & Content: Help draft supporting materials, such as one-pagers, briefs, and internal talking points, under guidance and with feedback from the Product Marketing Manager. Support Creative Briefing & Critiques: Help prepare creative briefs, sit in on creative review and critique sessions, and learn how to give and apply constructive creative direction.
Learn Go-to-Market (GTM) Fundamentals: Assist in building GTM plans and supporting documentation across core pillars: audience and positioning, messaging, channel plan, timeline, and measurement. Build Cross-Functional Relationships: Alongside the PM team, connect with Sportsbook and Casino Ops/Promotions teams, plus Creative and User Acquisition partners, to learn how promotions are conceived, approved, and executed; join team meetings and check-ins and help track follow-ups and action items.
