Product Manager - Population Health
About this role
About the Role As a Product Manager – Population Health, you will own a defined product area, workflow, or set of capabilities within Atlas, Innovaccer's Population Health platform. You will drive your product area from discovery through delivery and adoption, solving meaningful population health problems and delivering measurable outcomes for healthcare organizations. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data/AI, Clinical and domain experts, Customer Success, Sales, Solutions, and customers to translate complex healthcare workflows and customer needs into intuitive, scalable product experiences.
We are looking for a product thinker who combines strong customer empathy, analytical rigor, and execution excellence with an interest in applying AI, data, and intelligent workflows to transform population health. A Day in the Life Product Ownership: Own product discovery, requirements, prioritization, roadmap, and delivery for assigned Atlas (Health platform) capabilities. Customer Discovery: Engage customers and healthcare stakeholders to understand workflows, identify pain points, and validate solutions.
Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Engineering, Design, Data/AI, and Clinical teams to build scalable, intuitive product experiences. AI & Analytics: Incorporate AI, automation, analytics, and intelligent workflows to improve population health outcomes. Adoption & Outcomes: Use product analytics and customer feedback to improve adoption, engagement, usability, and customer value. GTM Collaboration: Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions teams to support launches, implementations, and customer adoption.
What You Need Experience: 2–4 years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology. Healthcare Domain: Experience in population health, value-based care, care management, quality, risk, ACO/CIN, payer, or provider workflows. Product Skills: Strong experience in product discovery, requirements, prioritization, roadmap development, and working with Engineering and Design teams. Problem Solving: Ability to translate complex customer and healthcare problems into simple, scalable product experiences.
