Product Manager, Finance Management - Quick Commerce
About this role
We are looking for a Product Manager to drive end-to-end finance automation, building core services that enable comprehensive financial transparency, streamlined payment flows, and accurate invoice processing across markets. You will lead the vision and strategic roadmap for our finance systems landscape—spanning invoice processing, three-way matching (3WM), commercial rebates, promo funding collection and integrations with ERP systems like SAP.
Your initial mission will focus on discovering how to enable end-to-end funding collection, while supporting our pandora markets during a critical finance transformation, prioritizing features that directly address compliance gaps, reduce manual workloads, and deliver key financial benefits through automation. Key Responsibilities Set the foundations & Roadmap: Set the vision and strategic roadmap to establish the groundwork of a streamlined end-to-end funding collection and broader finance automation.
Ensure alignment with overall business objectives and the urgent need to close financial and compliance gaps. User-Centric Approach: Proactively utilise user feedback to discover unserved operational needs. Enforce the integration of feedback collection and analysis to enhance workflows and decision-making for invoice matching. Feature Specification & Delivery: Proactively gather requirements and specify pragmatic solutions incorporating them at a domain level.
Co-own the team's timelines with the Engineering Manager, effectively negotiating trade-off decisions to ensure high-quality delivery on schedule. Drive Business Impact & Opportunity: Identify and prioritize new opportunities that drive operational excellence and business growth. Translate the strategic initiatives into an actionable and validated product backlog. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Alignment: Work with stakeholders across Finance, Operations and & Commercial in central and regional roles to align on strategy and execution.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. 4+ years of experience in product management with a proven ability to lead product initiatives from conception to launch. Experience building user-facing products, ideally involving complex internal tools, financial systems, or marketplace/e-commerce backends. Ability to engage deeply with engineering to define requirements for scalable platforms.
